In the app (fastest): Open BunnyNote → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your synced vocabulary/folders/Grammar Mentor data, and your usage records. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first from Manage Subscription.
Without the app: Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.
Note: if you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it first (via Stripe or by asking us in the same email) — we can't delete an account with a live subscription attached until the subscription itself is cancelled.
