These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BunnyNote (the "App"), developed by an independent developer ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BunnyNote. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
BunnyNote offers Guest (local-only, no sign-in), Regular (free, signed-in), and Premium (paid subscription) tiers. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Guest accounts store data only on your device; if you never create a Regular/Premium account, we hold no personal information about you.
Premium is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual), billed and processed by Stripe at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Translations and grammar corrections in BunnyNote are generated by a third-party AI model (Google's Gemini). While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content can be wrong or misleading. BunnyNote is a learning aid, not an authoritative source — use your own judgment, especially for anything important.
You own the vocabulary, folders, and other content you create in BunnyNote. By using AI features or cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and relay that content solely to provide the App's functionality (e.g., sending a sentence to Gemini for correction, or syncing a word to your other devices). We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for anything beyond operating the App.
The App itself — its design, code, word database, and branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the App as intended.
You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
